Working environment
Mainly refers to the working environment * low and * high temperature, air humidity, whether it contains corrosive gases or excessive dust. For example, when used outdoors in severe cold areas, lithium-based low-temperature grease should be used; in the case of high humidity and high moisture.
Calcium-based grease should be used; in the case of dry and low moisture, it is suitable to use sodium-based grease which is easily soluble in water.
2. Working temperature
One is the *low temperature of the environment, and the other is the *high temperature that may occur during operation. When the working temperature is high, the high temperature grease with a higher dropping point should be selected. The actual *high working temperature should be lower than the grease dropping point 10 ~ 20 ° C (synthetic grease should be 20 ~ 30 ° C).
3. Load situation
For heavy loads, grease with a small penetration should be used. When working under high pressure, in addition to requiring a small degree of penetration, higher oil film strength and extrusion properties are required.
